- Put mashed potatoes in a bowl, add red chilli,garam masala, chaat masala and salt and mix well.

- With a deep square cutter cut paneer into a long square shape. Further cut the square shape into thick slices.

- Mix together maida flour, gram flour and salt in another bowl. Add sufficient water and whisk to make a smooth and thick batter.

- Mix semolina and breadcrumbs in another bowl.

- Spread a little flour batter over each paneer slice.
- Divide potato mixture into small equal square. Place one potato balls on one paneer slice and cover with another slice and press slightly.

- Spread the flour batter all around the sandwiches, roll them in breadcrumb mixture so that they are well coated.

- Heat the gas and put the oil in a non-stick pan. Put them in the pan and shallow-fry, turning sides, till golden on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.

- Place them on a serving plate, garnish with tomato sauce and coriander leaves and serve hot.
