- 1 Tbsp For Coating Maida
- 1 Tbsp Cornflour
- 2 Tbsp Water:-
- As needed Refined Oil for deep Frying the paneer
- 2 For Tomato Paste Tomato (Medium Sized) [ Roughly Chopped
- 2 inches Ginger
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- 5-8 Cashew nuts
- For Gravy
- 4 Tbsp Refined Oil
- 2 Bay leaves
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 inches Cinnamon
- 5 Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Shahjeera
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- to taste Salt
- as required Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
Steps to make to make Pure Veg Recipe| Paneer Pasanda|
- Firstly, Cut the paneer into thick triangle shape and Now slice each triangle into two halves gently but don't separate each other. Make a pocket for the stuffing to instead.
- For Stuffing,
In a bowl or plate, take 25 gm finely crumbled or grated paneer, 1 tbsp raisins (chopped), 6 to 8 cashews (finely chopped), 1 tbsp finely chopped Pistachio, 1 Tbsp almondv(chopped), 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
Now add 1/2 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder and salt as required in the bowl, mix it well. - Now, add the paneer Stuffing to the paneer pocket and fill the Paneer.
- In a bowl, add 1 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Cornflour, 2 tbsp water and make a smooth batter out of it. Put the paneer pocket in the batter, hold it very softly or else it will break and Deep fry the paneer pocket until it turns into light brown.
- Now take a Mixing jar, Add Tomato, Ginger, green chillies, cashew nuts. Add 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 Cumin Powder, 1/4 Turmeric powder and make a Smooth Paste out of it without water.
- Take a Kadhai, Add 4 Tbsp Refined oil.
Now add, Bay leaves :-2nos, Cardamom :-2 nos, Cinnamon:- 1 inches, Cloves :-5 nos,shahjeera :-1/2 Tsp and stir It Well.
Now add the tomato mixture on the kadhai and cook until the oil get separate. - After 5 minutes, Add 1 cup hot water to the Gravy and stir It Well.
- Add the paneer pocket in the gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add the Salt as per taste and add 1 Tbsp honey to balance the taste. Put the chopped Coriander leaves and 1/2 Tsp garam masala in the Gravy.
- Now Paneer Pasanda is ready and Served with naan or Pulao.
