  17. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  18. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  19. 1 tsp chilli powder
  20. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  21. 1/4 tsp dried kasuri methi
  22. 1/2 cup sliced capsicum
  23. to taste Salt
  24. 1 pinch sugar
  25. 1/2 cup fresh cream

Instructions to make to make Kadhai paneer

  1. Dry roast the red chillies and coriander seeds.blend in a mixer to make powder.heat the oil in a kadhai,add garlic and saute few minutes.add green chillies,prepared powder and saute few minutes on medium flame.add chopped tomatoes,tomatoes puree,dreied kasuri methi,garam masala,salt and 2 tbsp water,mix all well and cook on a medium flame.
  2. Heay the oil in a fry pan and deep fry the paneer cubes,till they turn light brown in color.place in luckwarm water.
  3. Heat the oil in a kadai,add the oninons and saute on a medium flame add the kadai gravy,coriander cumin powder,chilipowder,turmeric powder,garam masala,dried kasuri methi and saute on medium flame for 2 minute.addthe capsicum,1 cip water,mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 mintue.add paneer,salt and cook and add cream,mix all well and surve hot.
