  1. First make batter with refined flourand cornflour by adding salt and pepper and make a paste to dip paneer.
  2. Take 2 cup oil in a wok andheat it and fry till golden brown and keep aside.
  3. Now take 2 tsp of oil in a pan heat it addgarlic ginger chopped saute for a minute add onion saute for a minute.. In the meanwhile make a slurry of cornflour
  4. Add all sauses in a pan and add liitle salt and pepper add slurry and give to a boil it makes shiny and thick add panerr in it and coat it well.
  5. Add coriander leaves or green onion chopped and switch of the gas serve with noodle, naan and roti and enjoy this yummy dish.
