  15. 2 tsp oil
  16. 2 tsp kasuri methi

  18. 1/2 tsp sugar
  19. for Kadhai paneer masala-
  20. 2 tbsp whole coriander
  21. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  22. 1 black cardamom
  23. 2 green cardamoms
  24. 2-4 cloves
  25. 1 inch cinnamon
  26. 1 tsp black pepper whole
  27. 2 bay leaves
  28. as required Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions to make to make Kadhai paneer

  1. Firstly take a pan. And roast all kadhai paneer spices. Don't roast too much. Only for 2 minutes. After that grind it together. Kadhai paneer masala is ready. Keep aside.
  2. Now make gravy paste. For this take a pan add oil. Heat oil then add chopped onion.cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Now add tomatoes, ginger, garlic. Cook it again for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame. Now let cool completely. Then make smooth paste with help of grinder.
  3. After that take same pan. Add 1 tsp oil. When oil is hot. Then add paneer for saute. Then add capsicum, onion. Saute on high flame for 2 minutes. Take out in a plate. Keep it aside.
  4. Now in the same pan add butter. Then add prepared gravy paste. Cook it for 5 minutes. Now add turmeric Powder, Red chilli powder, salt. Mix it well. Now add Kaju paste. Stir it. Then add fresh cream. Cook it for 2 minutes. Now 1/2 cup water. Boil it. Then add fried paneer, capsicum, onion. Mix it well.
  5. Now add sugar and crushed Kasuri methi. Mix again. In the last add garam masala. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves. Ready to serve delicious homemade kadhai paneer.
