- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cardamom
- 4-5 black pepper
- 2 green chilli
- 1 small piece ginger
- 2 tbsp curd
- 4-5 cashews
- 4-5 almonds
- 2 tbsp water melon seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 50 gm mava
- Milk (as requirement)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp dry fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Coriander
Steps to make to make Paneer pasanda
- To make paneer pasanda, mix mava,red chilli and salt. Then divide it in two parts. Add orange colour in fist part and add green colour in another part.

- Put Orange mava on paneer slice and put green mava on other paneer slice. Put it on each other and again put paneer slice.

- To make batter add cornflour, all purpose flour, salt and mix it and make smooth batter with water. Deep paneer pieces in this batter and deep fry.

- For gravy, heat 2 tbsp ghee, add cumin seeds, khada masala, tomatoes, green chilli and ginger. Cook it for 2 minutes then remove the khada masala from it.

- In mixer jar, add tomatoes, dry spices, curd, cashews, almond, melon seeds and grind it to make smooth paste.

- In a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee, add grinded paste and cook for 2 minutes. Then add mava and milk, and cook it on slow flame for 2 minutes

- Add sugar and dry fenugreek leaves and mix it and switch off the flam.

- Put gravy in a serving bowl/ plate, put paneer pieces, add coriander leaves and serve it with nan or paratha.
